About Me

I am a designated E-RYT, YACEP, yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice and 8 years of teaching experience, specializing in traditional Chinese medicine-based yoga practices. Centered around one-on-one private sessions, I provide personalized therapeutic modalities to help students cultivate awareness and healing through Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, along with breath work and meditation.

Passionate about continuing education, I constantly seeks new ways to empower others on their healing journeys. As a mother and lifelong learner, I am especially devoted to supporting women over 30 who feel overwhelmed and struggle to find balance in their lives, offering them nourishment and vitality through tailored practices.
